Sam Allen - CEO
Sam Allen has over 20-years-experience in property development. Coming from a family of property developers, Sam gained invaluable industry insight by watching and then working with his parents to develop over 60 properties in Australia and the United States.
This knowledge base enabled Sam to manage a range of small to large-scale projects in commercial, industrial and residential real estate. His aptitude for development were quickly recognised and; in 1997, he helped establish a development company for a Sydney-based construction group which he ran for three years. Sam then went on to co-found Trumen in 2001. Throughout his career, Sam has won widespread praise for his transparent, thorough and timely business practices.
Brent Rae - Development Director
With over 35 years in the Property & Construction Industry, Brent brings a wealth of experience to Trumen Corp. Previously running his own Construction company for 20 years, focusing on partnering Development Companies has provided a knowledge base second to none. His project experiences include, Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Residential, Aged Care and Tourist Industry Markets Sectors. This diversity has laid a platform to a problem solving attitude which he applies to all Trumen Projects. Brent’s focus on building strong teams and creative outcomes are the foundations of all Development projects under his control. The result - Consistently delivering quality projects.
Sarah Seligman - Chief Financial Officer
A chartered accountant and qualified engineer, Sarah brings experience from large property and service companies both in Sydney and London including DEXUS, Brambles and Land Securities. Sarah also previously worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers and joined the Trumen team in May 2014. Sarah's focus is on business growth, reporting, financial and system rigour.
Caroline McFarlane - Finance Manager
With over 22 years of experience in the property finance industry, Caroline was welcomed as Trumen’s Finance Manager in 2018. An expert in management accounting, fixed assets accounting and corporate accounting, Caroline has held various accounting roles in the Real Estate industry including Savills, Knight Frank and Jones Lang Lasalle. Having spent 13 years at Brookfield Australia, where she held various roles within, Caroline brings with her an expansive knowledge base in Commercial, Industrial and Retail accounting.
Jackie Woosnam - Finance Manager
Jackie joined the Trumen team in August 2018 as Finance Manager and brings to Trumen over 20 years accounting and taxation experience. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jackie spent 10 years at Deloitte in Business and Tax Advisory services before working in Finance and Commerce in London. Upon returning to Australia, Jackie spent 10 years as the Financial Controller and personal tax advisor for Greg Norman and his related Golf Course Design Businesses. Jackie has extensive experience in the provision of key financial data to assist in effective business decision making, together with the establishment of accounting processes and tax strategies.
Emma Cutts - Accounts
Emma commenced with Trumen in 2012, bringing with her over 18 years’ experience in the accounting space. Emma brings the experience and knowledge of working with a broad range of systems and processes and is responsible for the streamlining and implementing of Trumen’s accounts systems, whilst ensuring best practices.
John Muys - Sales Manager
John is a successful business entrepreneur. With a background in banking and insurance, John’s drive and skill led him to a successful career in the music and publishing industry. Working for marketing and distribution companies in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, John proved himself an invaluable business leader with wide-ranging expertise.
Rod Pascoe - Development Manager
Rod joined Trumen in 2018 and brings over 15 years’ experience in the Property and Construction industry. Rod has acquired extensive experience in all aspects of delivery over a diverse range of projects including; heritage, mixed use, master planned communities, residential and seniors housing. Rod is responsible for the delivery of a number of Trumen projects within NSW, and with a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide clear and decisive directions he ensures key milestones and financial outcomes are met to ensure Trumen continues to develop quality projects.
Saska Muijs - Acquisitions Manager (Melbourne)
Saska joined Trumen in 2014 bringing with her extensive experience in commercial sales and leasing and commercial property law. Before joining Trumen, Saska handled commercial sales and leasing for Asian Pacific Group. Prior to that, she worked as a Commercial Leasing Broker with Colliers International. Saska graduated from London School of Economics with an LLB(Hons) and LLM and was admitted to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Saska subsequently worked for Bell Gully Barristers and Solicitors, specializing in commercial property law and litigation. Saska brings with her a broad understanding of all aspects of property sales and acquisitions. She also holds a Victorian Real Estate Licence.
Lucas Earl - Project Manager (Melbourne)
Lucas Earl Joined Trumen Corp in June 2015 to assist delivery and management of projects under development. Graduating with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours 1st Class) from the University of NSW, Lucas honed his skills working as a cadet project manager for NSW Public Works. Lucas has spent the past two years working as a Quantity Surveyor for developer the St James Group in London and is now planning to apply his diverse skills and experience as an assistant development manager with Trumen Corp.
